Default I feel fat everytime I eat

I have been eating less each day to help my body get use to it. I really want to lose weight and I feel through normal dieting, I end up eating the wrong things, etc.
    Anybody want a fasting buddy?

    New here too. Hello.

I know how you feel. Every time I eat, I feel horrible too.

However, fasting stopped working for me. How about we be weight loss buddies?

Actually, for the first few days, it did. I lost around eight pounds.

Then it stopped working and all I ended up with was feeling hungry while staying at the same weight. >.<

I'd love to be buddies. I ate a little too and I felt really bad, like I just argued with my best friend or something.

Well today my house mate is cooking me a roast so that will be all I have today. I don't want her to think there's anything wrong as people might start talking at work. Could do without the hassel from them. But I do feel a bit skinnier when I look in the mirror, my stomach appears flatter which is good. I haven't eaten a meal in days, it's literally eating a banana now and again or a healthy sandwhich. But I still feel horrid after them. I drink a lot of water though so I don't become dehydrated.

Yes, bananas are tasty, and they don't make you fatter. XD

Since you have food around, try mastering the art of seeming like you ate. I've got that trick down, but it's a bit different for everybody.

Some people like to tape plastic under the table and shove their food in there when nobody is looking. It seems to work for most.

    Does that work?
I live in a shared house so we buy our own food. I haven't been food shopping for ages, I tend to pop to my local supermarket to get a bunch of bananas and eat them when I feel hungry. When I feel hungry I drink water just in case I am getting hunger and thirst mixed up.
I am going to weigh myself at work today just to see if I have lost any weight.

    Good luck then.

Also, try to stuff the food in the plastic neatly, so people won't notice. (But I wouldn't know - I don't use this method.)
