    Default question about egg whites

so today i was thinking about eating two egg whites omlette for lunch with some raw vegetables.
is there a calorie difference between boiled egg whites and omlette egg whites?
also how do you usually eat them? as it's my first time i'm looking for ideas
should i use garlic, pepper, pickles or tomatoes with it?
Maybe if I go away long enough, I'll forget the reason why I left.

I use egg whites a lot. My favorite way (and easiest way) to make them is in the microwave. Get a large mug, spray it with non stick spray. Beat the egg whites...season them as you wish. Put in the microwave for 1 minute. They will puff up. If still runny, stir a bit and cook another minute. Egg whites are egg whites, no difference if boiled or omelette,, unless you add butter, cheese...which adds calories.
