so like heres a short list of things that give me anxiety to the point that you can physically see im anxious
- Seeing my therapist
- Talking on the phone
- Restaurants
- Seeing my nutritionist
- Talking to my mom
- Seeing any form of doctor
- Going for a walk on the streets
- Being in front of people
- Volleyball

I suffered from severe social anxiety when I was younger, and this sounds just like my old list of fears. It's totally normal; you don't need to be anxious about your anxieties! For me, the root of the problem was the fear of being rejected/embarrassed/doing something wrong. But yeah, not abnormal at all, IMO.
There's a drumming noise inside my head...
