    Smile Late night HEALTHY snack?

    Hi all!
Due to my schedule, I need a late night meal, preferably containing some small amount of both carbs, protein, & perhaps a teeny bit o' fats.
    Any suggestions?

Looking for something about 100-250 calories, just something relatively light but satiating.
I need it to not be anything that may "induce a binge", if that makes sense.
    THANK YOU

I'm thinking of trying to blend up a mix of 1c light soymilk, 2/3c wild blueberries (frozen) as a smoothie & then having a few kashi whole grain crackers alongside.
    I don't know, doc.

I know it's not what you were looking for but when i was craving a midnight snack to keep my going, carrot sticks were the best thing ever. Maybe make a hummus dip?

what about some natural yoghurt mixed with a little grated cucumber and some garlic powder, dried parsley, salt and pepper, then veggies or pitta bread to dip

A protein shake helps me if i need something filling beofre sleep. I would recomend a 100%natural whey or pea/brown rice protein powder with no artificial crap or sweetnres in it. An apple and a tablepoon of peanut butter could also work. Carrots and hummus. Natural yogurt, seeds and some berries. Experiment until you find something that works for you

Mine isn't like lettuce or anything but Twister lollies have 70cals and they take ages to eat and if you were to binge on them even if you had 5 of them it'd only be 350cals!
