Don't forget that it's full of antioxidants, especially the longer you steep it. Doctors are currently researching green tea extract as a way to fight/prevent cancer.
To be neither lacking nor in excess.

    -Neuroprotective
    -Anti-carcinogenic
    -BP Reducer

With possibly many more benefits. Go for a high EGCG count.

I enjoy green tea as well, or am just starting to. I was very glad when I went to the store and saw my favorite hometown brand, Stash Tea (from just outside of Portland, Oregon) at a store here in Minnesota. They had the perfect kind, Organic Premium Green Tea, which I am excited to have more often.
    I have too many disorders.

...how much, with the metabolism thing?
I mean, that almost sounds like a bad thing if you're trying to gain weight.
