I barely drink coke, but when I do, it's always Coke Zero. Actually, the biggest reason I drink the Zero version is because I like the taste better, not necessarily because it has 0 calories! It's a lot more sparkly than Light or Regular, so it's always Zero for me. Yum. c:

I try to avoid both. I heard diet soda makes you bloated. I'm not sure if that's true though, but why take a chance?

When I'm not knee-deep in my disorder (at which point I'll drink either), I eat really clean and generally don't touch processed foods or sweeteners. If I'm focused on recovery and feel a binge coming on, I might stave it off with a coke zero. Never diet coke though, that shit is foul!
Kid, you've come too far to take orders from a cookie.

Coke zero is the same thing as diet coke. Its a coke with sweeteners instead of sugar. Unless you meant a bottle with water instead of coke. Aka having zero coke inside.

    A zero coke... LOL!
Anyways, coke zero is not the same as diet coke. Coke zero is similar to normal coke, but with sweeteners instead of sugar. Diet coke tastes quite different...

Neither anymore... I was a coke zero girl for the longest time, but lately I've come to associate it with b/p because I would always use the fizzy coke to help me purge. (TMI?) Also, it's hell on my IBS. I'm two weeks without it right now, and I really miss it, but I think I'm making the right choice
To be neither lacking nor in excess.
