    Default The scale changes, but the mirror doesn't. (TW?, just in case)

    Within the past year, I've went down quite a few lbs and my family and friends have all mentioned how much more thin I've gotten, but I still think I look the same I did +30 lbs ago. And then I'll see online before and after pictures of weight loss that are just 10-15 lbs and I can see it on them and I'm just like "Why can't I be that noticable?!!"

    Anyone else like this?

    MY PROBLEM EXACTLY!!!!!! ugh so frustrating. i want to be able to celebrate my weight loss but cant cuz i see literally no change. not just being dramatic
    Im not losing weight, im getting rid of it, i have no intentions of finding it again

    you can see results better in a picture. your comparing and you can just, well, see it. i never notice when i looked different in the mirror.
