    Default unexplained weight loss?

hi all! haven't posted in awhile, but i really need some help.

as usual, i've been restricting calories a bit.. but in addition, within the past 2-3 weeks, i've lost some unexplained weight. probably about 10 pounds-- and since I haven't changed my intake or exercise, it has to be due to something else. sadly i'm happy about this, but at the same time, a little bit worried...

does anyone know of any infections/diseases/other factors that could be causing this? should i visit the doctor?

    thanks! xx

When sticking to the same thing, your body hits this spot where you stay the exact same weight for ages. Then eventually this state ends and the pounds are lost. This is why it's important for dieters that need to diet to stick to the regime, even if they think it's not working.

However, if you're worried, then do go check this out with your doctor.

Do you feel ill in any way? If you do then I'd see the doctor. If not I'd blame you eating disorder.
