Default 78 Calorie Soup! (300g so you wont go hungry!)

CO-OP SIMPLY SOUPS (From The UK)

You can have 300g of this pre-prepared soup without feeling guilty about cals or left feeling hungry!

Found in the chilled section of Co-op this one is Vegetable, half a pot (300g) is 78 calories!

A pot costs £1.00! So if you’re feeling a little lazy and can’t be bothered to make your own I suggest heading to your local Co-op.

Taste Test Verdict - Creamy and Delicious!

You can also freeze it so I stocked up!
