Default Don't have much of an appetite *tw*

Lately I've been trying to eat a little better which turned turned out to binging on chocolate and gaining and now I have no appetite I feel the hunger but nothing looks good I open and close my cupbords and fridge repeatedly for a few minutes and walk out with a cracker or a piece of bread just to get rid of the nausea .

Is this normal?? It always happens when I start eating again I'll eat for a week and I'll get like this and end up restricting heavily .

I'm not sure if it's really normal, but lately I've been having a similar experience.
I'm also trying to eat normally, sort of, and now even when I'm hungry I just have no interest in food.

Sometimes as a way of trying to get an interest in food again I'll eat my absolute favorite health food. That way I don't feel very guilty eating whatever it is, and I may actually enjoy it. I don't know if that helps at all but I hope you start to feel better.
