    Default Alcohol and b/ping ?

I'm going out drinking tonight, usually I go every weekend. I tend to get quite drunk when I drink (not just a social drinker), apparently it goes along with the bulimia because of my impulsivity - even though I'm really not impulsive, I don't know. Anyways, I've been b/ping pretty hardcore today, like 3 hours of solid b/ping (and $25 spent ....) and it's been a couple house since I finished and I'm hungry.
I'm going to drink in about 4 hours, and I want to be safe ... or however safe you can be when you're bulimic. Obviously drinking a shit-ton isn't healthy to begin with, but I don't want to put my body through more damage. What would be the best course of action in the next four hours? Have a meal, keeping it down? Don't eat anything, give my body a rest before I drink? Just forgo drinking altogether tonight? What would you guys do, just drink anyways and belive your body can handle it?
Any piece of advice would be great

Eat something! Doesn't necessarily need to be 'a meal'... just something you like/are ok with eating. Drinking on empty/after purging is NOT good! Be careful with yourself peanutbuttercup!!!

whenever i get drunk, what little willpower i have to keep myself from binge eating is obliterated even further. a lot of times in many different situations i tell myself that i will eat something before so i won't binge later or something, but i always binge anyway even if i ate.. so i guess i would be better off not eating something in advance.. that's how i am, idk about you. drinking alcohol is probably going to make your binging more likely, not to mention all the calories alcohol has in it.. so if you want to avoid binging and are okay with sacrificing the drinking, i think that'd definitely be the smarter choice. although if you're anything like me you often don't make smart choices...

I'm a bit too late to say this, but for the next time:

Personally I don't like to go out with a full stomach. It ruins the entire night for me. Line your stomach with a glass of milk before you go out. If you can eat something before you go, have something with pasta, or share some chips with your friends.

Thanks for the advice guys I ended up eating a meal around 6pm, and started drinking at 10pm-ish so I wasn't full but I knew I had food in me. And I did end up eating some chips at like 2 in the morning ... definitely have no willpower drunk. I feel so great from drinking though that to me, the calories are worth it. As long as I keep it to once a week!

Personally I tend to go out on an empty stomach, get completely plastered, make an absolute tit of myself then hate myself for the next week.

I am the classic example of what not to do.
