    Default I hurt myself tw

I relapsed after 4 weeks. I'm so disappointed in myself. How could I be so weak.

Don't give up! Going for four weeks is incredible. Try to think of it more of a slip up than a "relapse", and wake up tomorrow determined to pick up where you left off. Recovery is such a long, hard battle, and a few slip ups are almost expected. Don't be too hard on yourself because if you made it for four weeks, i'm confident that you can make it four more, then four more after that, etc.

Good luck with your recovery efforts. Feel free to PM me if you wanna talk

im sorry dear . thats a horrible feeling. But hey if it makes you feel better I have been cut free for about 5 years and while i was trying to stop cutting i slipped up like once a month at first then like every 3 months and within a year i was completly cut free. I've even cut one cut just once in that 5 years but it doesnt have to set you back. I think it is very normal and possibly part of the process for stopping. If you really want to stop it will happen in time. just remember nothing happens over night . Can i ask you a question? does thinking about having to explain your scars when your an adult help you to not want to do it? its okay if you say no, certainly didnt matter to me when i was a cutter but if it does i might have something to remind you of that in case you feel like cutting again
Im not losing weight, im getting rid of it, i have no intentions of finding it again

I know it feels awful to slip up. But try to remember that one slip up does not take away from how amazing it is that you managed 4 weeks - well done!! I bet you are stronger than you think. keep going and you will get there! Take care xx

:O four weeks? that's amazing, love. Slip ups are bound to happen. Pick yourself up and move on. Don't tear yourself down because of a mistake. We're humans, it's in our nature. If you don't make mistakes, you'll never learn. So congratulate yourself on your 4 weeks without it, learn from it, and continue on. Message me if you need anything.
