I came across a website that plays a soundtrack of rain and thunder, and i find it extremly calming and soothing. i actually have it playing in the background now whenever im on the web or even listening to slow music on youtube or whichever.

dont click on the song that says miles davis...it takes a little while for the rain to come on just type in the website, once the website has come up, be patient. it take a few moments to play

I love that stuff...I own one. Thanks for reminding me! I also have a tropical rainforest one and a nature sampler and one that follows the rivers that lead to Niagara Falls...Why have I not been using these darned things????

Ugh. This is lovely.

I used to have an app on my iphone a few years ago that played a bunch of different sounds as sleep aids and I used the rain one pretty much exclusively and often played music behind it too.
