Default Why do I always do this?

Why do I always say the wrong things at the wrong time?

I hate myself for this. I really hate myself right now. I just happened to say something to my brother, and it set his anxiety off. I didn't know it would do that. He told me that I shouldn't have told him that. He is over it now, but I am not. He told me not to feel bad about it, as it was making him feel bad. He knows that something is up when I go quiet all of a sudden. I didn't want that to happen either. Now, I ended up crying/tearing up. He gave me a long hug but it didn't help.

I still feel bad about it. I hate how I always say the wrong things at the wrong time. It really sucks. I wish this didn't get to me as much but it does. I don't know what to do about it.

Everyone says the wrong thing at the wrong time sometimes, it's an accident. What's been said has been said, and there's nothing you can do about it but to apologise and leave it in the past. It's not worth worrying about it. He can obviously see how upset you are from this.

I have to say, i was in the aws when you said he gave you a long hug.. auuhhhhwwwwww...

    Thank you.
I finally did get over it, though I still hate that I do that. And even though it didn't help much, the hug was nice.
