First day back..
First day of semester 2 today. I'm so nervous that i don't think i'm gonna make it.
I'm missing an introduction for a module which is crucial for my other projects along the way.
Sighh.. how does everyone else cope with nerves like this?

Mmm... I get RIDIC nervous about teaching new groups of people (
), like seriously I would rather do practically ANYTHING other than what I'm supposed to be doing! However, the only way (for me) is to just DO IT! My nerves are settled & I feel fine (verging on pretty good) 1/4 way through & by the end I'm wondering why the hell I was sick with nerves in the first place! Avoidance is not always a good thing... it just delays & the anxiety grows... meanwhile you mentally give yourself a battering cos you didn't do what you were supposed to.
If you can... acknowledge your anxiety & fear... take a deep breath & walk right on in regardless!

No that's really good advice. The best thing to do is actually to push yourself and do it, otherwise like you said, just gonna mentally batter myself. I pushed myself hard to go in today.. 2 other people showed and the lecturer didn't even show up! I kinda did a massive sigh of relief but still gutted that nothing happened after all that effort in leaving the house. But today has been quite a sociable one!
yayy sociableness
