Don't count swimming out as exercise (pic)
Workout schedule:
1hr of swimming or surfing a day.
45mins of bike riding at 20mph
100 pushups in the morning
100 crunches in the evening
Gave me this over the course of two months

Wow you look great
I was a competitive swimmer as a young teen and have always felt that swimming is the best form
Of excercise, it tones your whole body and is easy on the joints. Keep it up I say
