    Default Don't count swimming out as exercise (pic)

    Workout schedule:

    1hr of swimming or surfing a day.
    45mins of bike riding at 20mph
    100 pushups in the morning
    100 crunches in the evening

    Gave me this over the course of two months

    Anyone else have any luck with any watersports?

    Wow you look great I was a competitive swimmer as a young teen and have always felt that swimming is the best form
    Of excercise, it tones your whole body and is easy on the joints. Keep it up I say
