    Default Shakes/smoothies?

I'm pretty big on protein shakes and stuff. And usually I just throw in some fruit (strawberrys bananas etc) and some skim milk. I was wondering if anyone had any creative smoothies and shakes ideas? I want to try and make some veggie ones but I'm not sure what to put in! What are your favorites?

I'm not the best at combing ingredients together. What i think is nice, my family just says 'ew!' Not the best boost of confidence, But they're not fruit lovers and hate anything i like.
I prefer adding natural or greek yoghurt into my smoothies. Also adding in some honey to sweeten.
I'm clueless about putting veg in.. i'm gonna need to start using my blender again! Just wish it wasn't so damn noisy..

I like to put in Greek Gods Honey Yogurt (it's a sweet Greek yogurt), with some berries, splenda/truvia, protein powder, 1% or skim milk, and ice.

And, if I'm out of berries, I normally add regular fruit yogurt (Fredmeyer has a "light" one with like 80 calories).

I, too, would like to know how to add veggies to it :3

Really funny. GreedvsNeed had a first attempt a smoothie today. Using vegetables and fruits only. Kept me smiling seeying her trow so many weird things in it. It tasted strange and funny but kinda good. Very lightly sweet and a bit bitter.

    Ingredients where about

    A cup of water.
    An apple
    an orange
    A pear
    A bit of spring onion
    A bit of brocolli
    A green paprica
    Carrot
    Bit of celery
    A tomato

It really made like a huge 1 liter smoothie. With only about 150 calories. I guess if you want to remove the bitterness you dont add the paprika and the spring onion, but add an extra pear or apple(extra 65 kcal).
    Ima Monster.
