scars?
I dont rally draw blood, I just claw at myself and other things that leave red scratches, but dont break skin. I have a physical next week so I dont want there to be scars. Does anyone know if these scratches will leave scars? I dont think they will but I need to make sure.
Thanks! </3Nothing Tastes As Good As Skinny Feels

it'll be rare if they do. leave them well alone, no picking or pulling or scratching, and hope for the best.

You wont have scars. Stop doing it. And even if you do they wont be noticeable. So I wouldn't worry.

I scar so easily so it depends on the person, but I doubt it xx

I personally used to be a scratcher (before I moved on to cutting) and my scratching scars are worse than my cutting scars. Of course I recommend you stop self harming, but as that might be unrealistic in the next week, I would recommend letting the ones you have heal up and cover the marks with a green based cover up. Good luck at the doctors...
