luna bars! In my treatment program, 1 serving of something is 80 calories. The standard snacks that most people have consist of 1 protein and 1 carb, (totaling 160 cals) and Luna bars have enough protein and carb to count as 1 serving of each and they're like 180 calories. They fit really well into the meal plan, are really good for you, and taste like dessert!
If I could tell the world just one thing
It would be that we're all OK
And not to worry 'cause worry is wasteful
And useless in times like these
    I won't be made useless
I won't be idle with despair
I will gather myself around my faith
For light does the darkness most fear
