    Default Vita tops/ vita muffins

Anyone out there eat these? They are like 100 cal muffins with tons of fiber. I've just ordered a ton on the Internet because I like them. Anyone else eat them? Any good recipes using them?

My local grocery store sells the double chocolate, Apple crumble and cranberry bran vita tops. Cran bran are my fave.

I really like them because most are like 7g of fibre and 100 calories.

I don't buy them anymore though because its not the safest food for me to have around unfortunately.

The chocolate ones are really really really good.

They're ok. If you like them, eat them, bottom line.

I loveeee the chocolate ones! I've heard that theyre really good as like a lower calorie brownie ice cream sundae, but I've never tried because I know it will lead to a binge fest. Ive never tried the cranberry. Banana nut are pretty good as well, but I'm a chocoholic.

I've tried the chocolate ones and the apple crumble. The chocolate are my favourite & I always keep a box on hand! Such a great on-the-go breakfast or lunch food for me. And it makes me feel like I'm eating something totally bad for me when it's actually full of nutrients & fibre!
