    Exclamation I feel...weird?

I'm feeling uneasy right now. I don't exactly know how to feel...what to feel. I feel like I'm just taking each day minute by minute with no ultimate goal or purpose. I don't feel normal...I don't feel right. What is going on with me?

You're just down. I PROMISE you everyone feels like this at some point in their life. It's human nature to want more. How long have you felt like this? Do you work/learn? I also think you should get a hobby, do something enjoyable in your spare time. I know I sound like a fucking know it all but I do understand I feel like this a lot the feeling of being no where, but I also think if I die, I deffo will BE nowhere!! Do I make sense? :P

I think Elzie is right, most people feel like this sometimes. The problem is that sometimes the more you worry about it the worse it is. It's hard though not to worry about it though.
One of my therapists told me to notice and acknowledge those feelings but then to put them to the side each time.
I don't really know any other ways of getting round it but I hope it passes and you feel better soon.

I'd been feeling like that for quite a while too. But, it was a good thing in a way. It made me realise that whatever I do in life I just want to be happy - and to make the most of my life doing things I enjoy, learning as much as I can and wasting as little time as I can. You don't have to comply with the norm and do what other people think you should to be happy. If you're feeling down or unhappy with where you are in life, only you have the power to change it for yourself. Be bold and take any opportunities you have to make yourself happier!

Sorry if I went off topic and rambled, that made sense in my head. Hehe.
