    Default Loose the binge weight!

    Hi all!

I am currently trying to loose the 15 pounds that I have gained due to extreme binging and NOT purging it. I am going to attempt a mostly healthy diet, 1000-1200 cals a day and regular exercising (not extreme). Anyone want to join me?

You are doing the right thing with healthy diet and moderate exercise! best of luck to you. Smart, healthy and hopefully you will turn the binge monster away forever. Good luck.

Hi! How are you doing with your goal? I just recently joined and I want to lose about 15-20 lbs of the 50+ I've gained from binging. I am looking to do it the same way you are ... ~1200 cals/day, moderate exercise. I'm still binging, unfortunately, but I'm working on stopping. I'm definitely up for joining you in your quest!

Yes, please! I'll join you! I'm in the same position as you, went through half a year of binging and gained 20-25lbs. I've been trying to lose it since, but to no avail. Really just want to get in shape and lose weight in a healthy, sensible way and change my eating habits for good - I don't want to go back to extreme restriction nor binging.

    Good luck
