I have to touch certain parts of my body like my hips or my jaw and wrap my fingers around my wrists, so make sure my fingers touch, I do that compulsivly, it's a comfort thing I think.

If I get nervous, no matter where I am, I cover my upper body with my arms and hide my head even though I look stupid.

I have never done the cutting food into small pieces thing. It was too big a tell tale sign for me to have ever considered it.
I just eat my food anyhow I suppose.

Its not something I do, but if someone doesn't finish their food, it aggravates me to the bitter end. And then I aggravate them by trying to get them to eat it lol.

    I have to finish last.
I don't touch food with my hands, I even wear washing up gloves sometimes to prepare food. If food gets on my hands I will wash them, not lick it off like a normal person.
I have to eat things separately- food like pizza/lasagna/sandwiches are a mine field as I have to take them apart.
I eat my food in a specific order: veg, protein, carbs. Always have done.
I have to have at least a pint of liquid when I'm eating.
I would cover everything with ketchup/mustard/chilli sauce/pickles if I could do it without looking mental.

If anyone were to see me eat, that automatically makes me fat.

Omg. Can't believe I'm reading this. I've been doing this since I'm like 12 years old, I searched SO MUCH about it, looking for OCD and all, tried to explain it to my family/friends and NOBODY understand. It's so hard to explain haha. I usually have times where it's stronger, like the "rope" thing. It makes me walk weirdly and do unecessary "u-turn" because I feel tied. It's so glad I found someone that do this also ! We are weirdos together haha.

I also write everything I eat down in my phone, I pick at my nail/skin to "groom" them but it makes them look disgusting, I chew the inside of my mouth...

i have 2 children and they don't always finish their food, so when i take their plates away i sprinkle cocoa powder and put other gross stuff on the food, it used to stop me eating it obviously, but now it is just a habit, i don't even notice i do it anymore, one of the main things i do with the left over food is pour their left over drink over it, everyone knows i do this but they don't know why they just think I'm a weirdo! lol

I used to obsessively write every single thing I ate down, the time I ate, amount etc.

Weirdos together lol.....I've also been doing this since I was really young. I can recall doing it when I was 5 years young, I'm 22 now. I never felt I had to explain it to anyone though since it was just part of my everyday life.
I did speak to a friend of mine about it about two years ago and she just advised me to go against it. When I feel like doing it I should just not do it....I've tried it out ever since & sometimes it works.

Wow, I didn't realise the teaspoon thing was so common! I've had a 'special' teaspoon and fork since I was a kid (I was actually worse with some of this when I was a kid). I also eat things in a specific order, generally vegetables, carbs, protein but it depends on how much I like each thing but I always decide before I start eating. I have to finish last also. At restaurants or cafes I have to sit on the chair in the corner facing out otherwise I feel weird.
