Totally, once I had few almonds before bed, felt so guilty...

    I feel like that sometimes.
I think - either anything or nothing.
Veggies still count as nothing, but everything else is something.
And exactly, after i realized I am going to purge this 300 calroies I just had I make it 3000 because it doesn't matter anymore.
And in the end I feel like "it did matter, why didn't you just stay with the 300 and everything would have been fine!"

    ABSOLUTELY.

I binge and purge frozen spinach like it's my job.

Yes. Whenever I'm doing good with my food intake I think to myself "Now, imagine if you didn't have ANYTHING at all".

I hope this helps, althought I know it's easier said than done: try to eat slowly, chewing your food with calm. I'd advice to eat low-carb food-preferably vegetables- and slightly less-than-generous amounts of protein and fat: just enough to make you feel satiated for longer, but not so much that will make you feel uncomfortable and make you want to b/p. Then I'd stop eating 1/4-1/5 of the way before getting full.

An important trigger for me is precisely that feeling of 'fullness'.

Oh definitely, I purge salad greens and spinach sometimes. I don't use dressing, so it's just straight up ridiculous.

I don't even have safe foods anymore. I just purge everything that comes into my mouth. And it's fucked up, cause some stays inside,no matter how much I purge (I binge on hard to purge foods, like bread, apples, vegetables, omlettes, all topped with raw sugar because there's nothing else in the house) and it makes me mentain.Anyway,if I ate a little and didn't purge,I would probably lose. But I love purging&can't give it up.

I have gotten to a point where all foods are very triggering. the only thing that controls me is my boyfreind. I can eat a small dinner with him and not purge, btu if i eat with him then go home, i will stop on the way for mcdonalds.
