    Default Battling with myself

Argh. Ok I am going to be entirely honest with you guys,
Please refrain from judgement but would really really really love some responses!

I have a cold, but not a massively bad one.. Like I can function. Ive spent the whole day b/ping and therefore feel like utter crap now. I have uni tomorrow from 8am and I really cannot be bothered to go. My body clock is naturally set to falling asleep around 4am and waking up around 11/12... so getting up for 6am is absolute hell and I really cannot face it tomorrow. Ive pretty much decided to skip uni, but wanted reassurance that jsut this once it is ok?
    Hmm..

Although the one thing I have to say is that you should absolutely try not to make it into a habit (do it once and it's easier to do it again and it's a slippery slope no one enjoys reaching the bottom of), obviously you had a rough day though, it happens, don't beat yourself up for it. Getting sick and having a bad bp day at the same time takes a huge toll on your body and YOU SHOULD REST so you can make it through the rest of the week.

Missing one day will NOT kill you. If you physically can't go, or can but will not benefit from the lectures and will make yourself more miserable, tired, and sick, it's probably better to take one day to rest and take care of yourself. That way you'll have the energy to catch up the material you missed.

Best of luck with the semester, and feel better soon!

Thankyou, I really appreciate your responce.

It would be a one-off thing, Ive never done this before and I'm not sure why I'm so keen to do it tomorrow. I think because Ive got into this being-on-my-own slump (not jsut ED related),Its such an effort to pull out of it.
I know I ought to, for my own health, but.. ugh. Im just incredibly lazy.
