Once a week, usually sundays, i cook a really big bowl of vegetable-soup made from whatever i have in my fridge. mostly spinach and kale. then i divide in into about 10 bags with 100 kcal in each and freeze it so i have dinner for every night of the week.
its very cheap and saves a lot of time spend cooking during the week. i really hate cooking.
If I one day haven't had enough protein I will add some lentils when I reheat the soup. I also cook that in a big batch and keep it in my fridge. I am so lazy.

I love soups! I recently bought like a huge amount of all kind of soups from 46 calories to 100 calories.
This one is the best one I have had so far:

I don't make it, but mine is Carrot and Coriander from Marks and Spencer...hmmm tasty.
My mum made it once and it was really good, but not as good as M&S.
I've just been inspired to make my own C&C soup.

My friend once made me the most beautiful chicken soup which probably had about a billion calories. It had all the things I don't like eating e.g. butter, oil, chicken skin (YUCK), but I didn't care, because it was just exquisite. I got the recipe and tried to make it (minus the chicken skin & less of the butter & oil), but failed

cream of broccoli/leek/whatever. High in calories but I use water instead with only a tiny bit of milk so it's not too bad.
