Blender Bottle Protein Shake Ideas/Recipes please.
I have a blender bottle, and i love it. I am bored with the same ol' chocolate and vanilla protein powders. What do you like to put in yours? I have heard flavored yogurt, pudding, extracts.
Do you have any combination of things you like?
I don't have any goals in mind, just trying to fill myself up, since i always feel hungry especially when im working out a lot."Thin" will never be enough for me.

I heard that flax seed, PB would make it taste better, but you need a blender to really make it tasty, not just the blender bottle.
But I am currently using Muscle Light Banana Cream, and I thought it tasted pretty awesome.

Banana flavored protein!! My fave
adding a bit of milk instead of just water helps a ton, as does yogurt, (flavored yogurt? I heard coffee yogurt w/ chocolate protein was good)
I also sometimes add frozen berries like a parfait or something..:Strong and Beautiful:.

I use the carnation breakfast essentials and I take the vanilla one and add OJ to make a creamsicle taste and when at home I will add ice cream to it also.

I have never bought a blender shaker, but after reading this, all i can think is why haven't i even considered it? Definitely going to get one of these babies! Would save so much bulky washing up and noise than the blender.
I would definitely add in fresh fruit and greek yoghurt with honey. I'm not sure how well that would work in a blender shaker, i'd try it though.
It's worth experimenting with extracts and flavoured yoghurts, even experiment with adding juice and ice. It would make it much more satisfying for you!
There's loads of recipes online, i found this one quickly. I quite like the sounds of Wild Berry Boost and Pineapple Power
