For me, it's SO difficult to purge any noodle/pasta type things. Like, I try and try, but hardly anything comes out >.<
and as for the de-thickening.. yeah like everyone else said~ not comfortable giving tips @.@

Absolutely, this is torture. Today I was so tempted to order one, but then I remembered how much I've suffered with that... even my masochistic body was like 'hells. no'.

And I agree that warning about these foods is not so much tipsy. The politically correct advice is to not fear any food; but, realistically, not everybody is prepared to confront all food in such way. The less damage while you transition into recovery, the better.

Cinnamon rolls. They will stick to the inside of your stomach. Especially when you eat the entire batch...

It's like crapping out of your mouth when you try to purge.

Conversely, macaroni and cheese is the easiest for me... it comes out exactly the way it went down.

I haaaaate mac and cheese. For me it always comes up with the sauce part first, and then the sensation of the macaroni on my throat coming up is so uuuuuurgh.

Oh my god, I've had some awful experiences:
PIZZA IS THE ^&*%)^%$ WORST (I can't think of a cuss word to use so here's some symbols)
Granola bars and cereal is awful as well, which is terrible because that's what I've ended up bingeing on
And same with chips/carbs in general.

    Freaking hell to purge.

And I hate purging anything dairy because I feel like the taste is in my mouth for forever....(seriously I think once I'm used to being a vegetarian I'm going to be vegan because I hate dairy so much)
