    Rocket,
    Spinach,
    Arugula:

    Then add either:
    Tomatoes,
    Cucumber,
    Grated Carrots,
    Scallions, and
Tesco Light Ceasar dressing! So good, veggie and super low

    Or:
    Broccoli
    Sun-dried tomatoes
    Chick-peas
    Red Pesto

    baby spinach
    grilled chicken
    strawberries
    blueberries
    mango
    walnuts

I don't really care for dressing, the fruit makes it juicy enough!

I used to eat a salad with lettuce, onions, tomato, lean beef and KETCHOP for dressing almost every day Sometimes I would even have cheese on it and once bread crumbs. It tasted like I was eating a burger.
I also likes grated cucumber and soy sauce or FF yoghurt with herbs for a creamy greek style salad.
Sometimes I like spinach, strawberries, mandarin oranges, and some veggies and rasberry vinigrette.
My favorite part about eating at the hospital was the pre-packagaed salads. They were 1.99 and small, fresh, had nice veg/fruit/lean meat combinations, no dressing and extra healthy. Best of all they would have the calories printed on the package and many were under 100. The best one was jerk grilled chicken salad with some beans and tomatoes.

Has anyone on here from the UK ever tried the magical thing that is a Leon superfood salad?
They are possibly my favourite thing to eat ever in the world, and Leon's whole message is about nutritious, seasonal, low carb, low GI food.
In the salad you get lemon dressing (extra virgin olive oil, just over a tsp), feta, cucumber, avocado, broccoli, quinoa, pumpkin seeds.
    Happy tummy, happy brain

You can never put your life in another persons hands . Why you ask? Because humans are not perfect , eventually in one way or another they will let you down ; its not sad it just is. I only I am the master of my domain , wherever I am now I put myself here.
