Default What are your favorite salad ingredients?

Nothing beats romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and sugar free raspberry vinagerette for me!

What do you like putting in your salads?

I'm not flawed, I'm just an excellent example of being human.

amazing question! my typical salad to be a decent salad needs:

    iceberg lettuce
    red/spring onion
    cucumber
    red pepper

the red pepper because i'm allergic to tomatoes. for a decent looking salad, it needs tomatoes which is why i love preparing one for my mum as it's the most vital pretty ingredient.

i love adding in dried fruit, like raisins.
and for a juicier salad i love to add grapes.
i always feel the need to add fruit in my salads! apples goes nice too.. and i had mango once which was also really nice..

i used to top my salad with grated cheese, which is another vital ingredient to make it so tasty! but now i don't touch cheese and i can't say it's as good as it used to be.. but i'm just so funny about cheese even though it was one my faves things.

i have moments when i like it diced up small and mixed so less embarrassing to eat but then i have times where i like it all separated and whole/larger chunks

Lettuce, tomatoes (preferably cherry tomatoes), onions, red/yellow/green peppers, eggplant, black olives, kidney beans (lots of them!), cucumbers, carrots (finely shredded- small amount only), and sometimes a handful of chopped up almonds. If I decide to add dressing then it'll be about a tsp french.

    So good! <3

    Iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, sweetcorn.
Tuna, boiled eggs, ham cubes, and olive oil and oregan or basil as dressing.

But my favourite salad ever has to be grilled chicken, iceber, parmesan and mayo.
    One step at a time.
