    Hi Everyone,

    Love to all,

Green tea and acai berry are supposed to be good- never used them myself, but they seem to have good reputation!

I've been taking adios max, lost 7lbs in 5 weeks, with exercise and taking a few more tablets than recommended but hey ho a little bit of weight has shifted.

Peppermint tea is an appetite suppressant and it contains no caffeine. It's nice to have in the evening before bed or instead of opening the cupboards late at night. It is inexpensive as well.

I used normal adios, I actually lost weight with it when I was taking it 3 times a day, but then I stopped, and I just maintained and I felt bloated all the time. When I stopped, I actually lost 5lbs in 2 days, probably because I was retaining so much water. the side effects I had though are awful, so in general they're not really worth it -.-
