Wink Help Cut Weight Gain From Binging

Now, my binges are about 5-20 00 cals, and i used to gain at least a pound a day. i went from 125 to 155 in about a month... and i've tried everything to stop binging, but I couldnt, so i tried to find ways to cut down the weigght.
ive found that taking Benefibre Shape helps cut the weight i gain from my binges... it makes your body turn fat to energy faster, and prevents the food from being stored as fat.
im not guaranteeing it, but this works for me.
Also, 1-2 cups of white tea helps too!

Also... Well,, I don't know how your binges work of course... But if you eat as much as you can of a lower calorie food, like maybe cucumbers? You'll prolly be less likely (and less able) to binge on something less healthy that way?

Stay strong...and keep trying tobeat it tho, Hun<3

If you're going to be buying Benefiber Shape, you're going to be wasting money. It's basically just a complex B vitamin. So if you just take your vitamins religiously like a normal person, you'd be getting the same results.
