it seems like alot of people are realy upstet (i have had a pretty shit day myself) so i tought it would be a good idiea to focaus on something posative to put a smile on your face firstly at my day programe it was end of day group and i came in late from talking to one of the nursis to the words "whats a dildo" imature but made me smile

I was expressing my gratitude and telling him how he's the only one that feels for me, and that can really see me. And he held my hand and told me that he doesn't even have to think to know how I'm feeling, that he just knows the second I walk in...as though he could feel what I felt. And he just held my hand and tried telling me that the things that are upsetting, the people that are hurting me, me shouldn't matter...That if anyone hurts me, they don't deserve me or my love and that I shouldn't love them...He's one of the most beautiful and gentle people I know...
