For coffee, always black. I love it that way.
But I love lattes and cappuccinos. I bought a Tassimo single cup machine a month ago and it's 35 calories for a skinny one. Yet it's so frothy and milky. Mmmmmmm

I drink mine with a bit of unsweetened almond milk and splenda. It comes to about 5-10cals depending.

strong, fresh and from a cafetiere (this lady doesn't like instant), with a tbsp of unsweetened light soya milk.

Stevia! Om nom. It's the only sweetener I use, as it's derived from plants (sunflowers???). Also, it doesn't have that horrible artificial sweeter after-taste.

I drink long macchiatos with skim milk - they have very few calories, and an awesome kick of caffeine. Some cafes will serve you the coffee with the milk on the side, so you can decide how much milk is added.

Just regular instant with semi skimmed milk, I don't really drink it other than that. I'm a little addicted to Costa skinny Hot Chocolates, though at 150 cals for the skinny ones a large cup, I really need to break that habit!

Skim milk is too high in cals for the ridiculous amount of tea/coffee I drink so I use Alpro Soy Light. Bit of canderel when I want it sweet too. Or a bit of cinnamon in coffee. I just saw the thing too about chocolate flavoured tea. I neeeeeeeeed to find this. Those weight watchers or options hot chocs are great too. Also good frozen as a 40cal ice-cream! Mm mmm mmm

I hated coffee for the longest time as well. But then I bought this chocolate caramel coffee creamer even though I didn't drink coffee, because I wanted to try to like it because I don't really like diet soda too much and yeah. So I tried it and fell in love with all things coffee lolol. I have it with one tbsp(about) of the chocolate caramel creamer and 2 packets of splenda. yummm
