Default Food craving/binge after school :/

I can go almost all day without eating anything, but when I come home after school, I just EAT! I really can't control it, and it's killing me. I only binge when I'm alone. If other people are in the house, I can control it.
Does anyone knows how to stop this? I'm getting desperate, and if it doesn't stop soon, I will begin to purge.
Don't be afraid to ask me about whatever may lay on your heart!

Eat breakfast and lunch, so your mind isn't on food when you get home (might be for a while still if it's become a habit- break that by making new habits).
