    Default My legs hurt constantly...

I do have a workout regimen but I've had the same one for a year now , they feel so sore and I have no idea why...what could cause this?
You can never put your life in another persons hands . Why you ask? Because humans are not perfect , eventually in one way or another they will let you down ; its not sad it just is. I only I am the master of my domain , wherever I am now I put myself here.

I think to give a good answer on this you need to tell us more about your diet and general health. Or your daily life. It could be anything
I don't go up to you and tell you you’re fat and need to diet, you don't have the right to tell me I'm skinny and need to eat.

My apologies , my calorie intake varies from 10-300 cals per day. Its usually greek yogurt / sea weed / veggies /tuna I take a multi-vitamin now.
