50 calorie Pumpkin Pie?!?
...Ok...so it's not really pie, but it's pretty darn close.

Only 50 calories per bar, and I'm sure with more adjustments to the recipe, that number could be lower. And you don't have to make the entire recipe. Half it, quarter it, whatever. These are perfect for when you're craving something sweet but you don't want the calories. (like I am right now)
I plan on making these on Friday, so I'll tell you all how they turn out. In the meantime...anyone have other
low cal dessert recipes like this?

I just looked at like everything on this entire blog. o.o And it all looks amazing. Not all of it is low-calorie, but it is all vegan and healthy... It's not hard to sort out the low-cal recipes from the rest! And everything looks so good.

Oh my god.. The blog you posted is amazing! This is perfect for a person like me who LOVES to bake sweets, but hates trying to pawn them off on people after making them. Thank you so much for posting this!!!

LOL Same!!! Well I mean if I was going to eat that day.... cals don't play a role for me but rather exchanges. However there is one pumpkin pie that I wont eat and that is my aunts sisters pumpkin pie.... it is NASTY!!! (no one at thanksgiving ate it.... we all ate the costco one LOL and she couldn't figure out why no one ate her's.... it has a green tint to it which just throws you off and then the taste is just nasty but no one will tell her the truth and yet for the last 3 years no one eats it and she hasn't gotten the clue LMFAO)
