Is this considered OCD...?
I've always had an OCD in organizing everything in my life from my homework, to my schedule, to my clothes. With each thing, if I mess up once, I can't follow the rest of it. (Ex. I expect to spend 2 hours studying for math and I spend 2 and a half hours. My entire schedule is off and I give up and sleep.)
With my ED, I think my biggest problem is that if I eat one extra thing throughout the day, I get so discouraged that I binge at night...
Does this happen to you? How do you prevent it? Does it only happen in terms of your ED? :X17 year old heiress/princess/partygirl living and dying in manhattan

I don't get it with my ED cause I don't b/p anymore(thank god) yup now I just basically don't eat
Take it from me, my OCD is FUCKED. I have to tap doors 9 times in the right order, have to tap things before I touch them, can't sleep in my bed anymore( I sleep on the floor, no mattress, not allowed) and I know exactly what you mean with everything needing to have a place. I go insane if someone moves anything in my room. Seriously, I kicked my dad in the knuts for touching my mirror the other day. and a few week ago I started talking whale to my mum(I call her a whale...a lot) insulting the fuck outa her.
My ocd gets really annoying. also if I get angry and forget to do it I have to punch myself in the face...hard...3 times. oh yeah that's the other thing, everything comes in 3s. it's weird

I can relate sooo much. It drives me crazy. Even when I know FOR SURE that everything is "just so" (bc I checked 10 times) I still get this awful feeling... that something's wrong. I get more anxious, I worry, I don't trust my memory (even though it's perfect) and the loop starts over again.
I'm trying to break the cycle. I'm finding CBT quite effective (I'm taking meds on top of it as my OCD was pretty bad). I'd advise you to try it if OCD makes you feel so bad.

Actually I do the schedule thing a lot.
If I don't do x thing from y hour to z hour I give up on everything else I have to do for the rest of the day. I sleep it off because I think "after I wake up it's a fresh start". Kind of like resetting the clock.
And for school things I use this website: https://www.mystudylife.com/
It's pretty well-organized and it helps me a lot. I can't really keep a physical notebook-type schedule with me because I always forget to check it and that frustrates me to no end.

Same goes. If I basically mess up by eating something extra I just end up eating every single thing in sight. Pisses me off so bad but... I guess it's so...
