shortness of breath?
Normally i blame most medical issues with not eating , but this one is a bit weird...I can't breath properly almost as if my lungs shrunk 7 sizes ): haha if only my body could do that! Any ideas?
You can never put your life in another persons hands . Why you ask? Because humans are not perfect , eventually in one way or another they will let you down ; its not sad it just is. I only I am the master of my domain , wherever I am now I put myself here.

Lack of energy can cause exhaustion - but it could also be an indication of some other medical issue. Anaemia for example can make you feel out of breath - which could in fact be caused by not eating. I'd go to your doctor and ask for some bloods done, to be on the safe side.

No well unless green tea supplements count...but i think they would do more good than harm.

Green tea supplements shouldn't have any effect on your breathing. I'd get it checked out by a doctor for sure though. Record every time that you notice your breathing becoming more difficult (any activities that could be related to it) before the appointment. That should help your doctor pin point what could be the cause of it.
Good luck, hope your doctor can get things sorted!
