Getting enough potassium
I'm continually worried about having low potassium levels due to purging, but I just read that a good amount per day is 3700-4500mg!?! How is that physically possible even for someone who doesnt have an ED?
Would drinking gatorade or some other electrolyte drink be useful for this?

Nope, there's next to nothing in those drinks, it's a big scam. It's difficult if you aren't eating.

Well I am taking stuff in but nowhere near 4000mg a day. Just ate a load of raisins and bran flakes and celery lol as thats all I have around that are potassium-rich. Unfortunately I hate bananas so couldnt force myself to eat them.
Ive read that if your potassium is low there are few symptoms.. so you can literally just drop down dead without warning. Do u think this is totally true?

i think everyone is different so it's hard to say but that's what I hear too.

If your potassium levels are chronically low, you can take supplements. Ask your doctor about it

and be careful with the supplements!!!!!

Also, try getting your blood checked for your levels every couple weeks, because yes you CAN drop dead without realising. My levels were 2.1 and that is CRITICAL and I had NO idea they were that bad

This exactly.
I struggle daily with my potassium levels and have spent the last 6 1/2 months in and out of the ER 2-5 times a month due to constant low potassium levels. As already mentioned, talk to a doctor before talking supplements for potassium as too much can harm you as well. One thing that IS safe though is to drink some pedialyte after each purge. That doesn't mean purge and purge, drink pedialyte and not try to re-up your levels through healthy potassium rich foods, it's just something to keep in mind and on hand just in case.
And of course, if you're having issues with your potassium and electrolytes in general, you DO need to go see your doctor and be as honest as possible about everything you are doing to your body. They can't help you if you don't tell them everything going on.
