Unhappy How do you get passed feeling sleepy and dizzy ALL THE TIME?!

This is probably the thing I hate most having an ED , is I always feel like I am going to pass out. I felt like this when I had mia as well and it just bugs the crap out of me!!! Are there supplements I can take to make it better? I'm not expecting to be bright and perky all day or anything , just something that takes the edge off a bit. Any suggestions that doesn't include excess calorie reduction?

I just put up with it, or drink some coffee.

If your not eating make sure you take vitamin tablets.

each day i take one multi vit tablet, an iron tablet and a chewable vit C tablet which tastes yummy!

    This might help x

Make sure your getting enough fluids and staying hydrated. That will help some with feeling tired and the dizziness.

I didn't understand why I felt this way until I recently learned I have a bad iron deficiency and a Vitamin D deficiency. Get some bloodwork done and see what you're lacking. It could also be your blood sugar if you're not eating within proper intervals.
