    Smile Lightly sweetened tea?

Okay usually i sweeten my tea with around 3 packets of splenda ... which makes me crave sweets and more tea , I just read a few articles saying how splenda increases your appetite so I switched to stevia using only one packet in my White Ambrosia tea. This worked sooo wonderfully it totally killed my appetite and tea and cucumbers are all I've eaten today . I cannot drink unsweetened tea ...which is weird because i drink my coffee black all the time , but if my tea isn't sweet I just end up not drinking it. So if i only sweeten it a little my cravings go away and i drink it all !!!

I just realized this should probably be put in the dieters section...although there's nothing unhealthy about tea and stevia ):

I think the fact that you're tasting something sweet is hightening your 'feel good' senses, which in turn will make you want more. It is not actually your appetite. Maybe the Stevia killed your appetite because you figured it would, so in your head you don't want anymore tea because you're telling your brain that it won't crave more if you switch to Stevia.
If you want to keep doing that, then by all means, go ahead. Lol. I'd encourage you to not find ways to kill your appetite, though.
    I'm insane,
    And I fuck great danes.

Not just the stevia but the decreased amount of sugar. Stevia to me isn't as sweet as splenda for some reason... not sure why xD it just taste a lot different to me. And im a recovered BED so killing my ravenous appetite isn't so bad for me lol.
