    Fruit has carbs, yes. They're also jacked up in sugar, so how is that not bad? Your body treats fructose the same way it treats crystallined refined sugar.
    I was going to give you the benefit of the doubt and ask you if you were a dietician, or perhaps someone who works in the medical field, but the fact that you go around calling people fucking morons completely dissuaded me from believing so. Working at a fast food place or even a gym and googling up facts about food doesn't constitute everything you believe about carbs to be true. As someone in the health industry, I'd like to explain these things to you, but I doubt even a valid explanation with scientific background would change your opinion. Sorry.

    I'm not flawed, I'm just an excellent example of being human.

    I don't really care if you were going to give me the benefit of the doubt. Really, no one's opinion on here matters to me. I do not work at a fast food joint, nor a gym, nor anything else. I do cook, bake, etc. and that is how I know my facts. I do it everyday.
    What I know about carbs is what I know; and I'm sticking to the facts that I've learned.
    I'm insane,
