The problem is it's still cutting out an entire food group which is never healthy.

The the thing is that I'm a junkfood addict lol I restrict but eat candy and chocolate I don't have an appetite for anything else Its weird no matter how hungry I get I just ... Rather starve then eat squash it's not that I don't perticularly like it but not interested . This is my problem and I have to change it it's in healthy and if I'm going to restrict I at least need some sortnof nutrients. Sorry if this doesnt make sense I'm out of it

But I need ideas for meals that are low cal and filling. I'm trying to construct a grocery list.
I'm hoping that I can get out of this BP restrict cycle and eat a little more normal. I'm either eating breakfast then binging at 8 pm on JUNK like chocolate bars or skiping breakfast and lunch and binging at night and purging .
Start with salad & low sugar fruits like berries. Cooked vegetables like broccoli & kale are eh at best but salad never disappoints.

As much as people want to believe bread, oatmeal etc can be low carb they really aren't. If you really crave carbs try sweet potatos. Or, if you like grains, go ahead and have but monitor your cravings and body fat %.
