    Default Going low carb

I want to go low carb to get rid of my carb addiction . Not sure if it works ?
But I need ideas for meals that are low cal and filling. I'm trying to construct a grocery list.
I'm hoping that I can get out of this BP restrict cycle and eat a little more normal. I'm either eating breakfast then binging at 8 pm on JUNK like chocolate bars or skiping breakfast and lunch and binging at night and purging .

Doesn't the idea of cutting out carbs only increase your craving for it?

    Agreed.

Maybe instead of cutting them completely, only have healthy carbs at breakfast or something?

That's what's happening... I dunno what to do I go all day then at night I binge on carbs but I've been eating a serious amount of carbs and sugar in this binge cycle. I read something about detoxing from carbs and sugar helping.

You may have better luck having small amounts of complex carbohydrates with protein several times day. This will help regulate blood glucose and all that other great stuff that makes us want to binge/over eat when we get overly hungry from going too long without food.

What's wrong with carbs? They're essential, just like any other food group! Just go for the complex-carbohydrates rather than sugary rubbish...

There's a difference between cutting out carbs and cutting out simple carbs (sugar, refined, etc). I have found that cutting out simple carbs and increasing protein has stomped out cravings. The first week is a b*&ch but when you get used to it you almost forget the taste. But this can lean to binging on them if you have a small bit. This is just my experience though. A groccery list could be something like

Eggwhites, Tuna, Chicken breasts, Salmon, any fish, Avacadoes, greens, Squach, Flax, hard boild eggs, coconut/ coconut oil, and if you are dying for more carbs sweet potatoes and yams.

Other than the sweet potatoes and yams, there are negligible amount of carbs on this list. What about the part about grains? The diet you propose if very much a body building diet, which is not balanced at all. An excessive amount of protein is very taxing on the liver and really no good for you at all.

A "Body building diet" would actually consume more grains and would minimal fat. If anything this is more of a paleo style diet. Which I (not everyone, everyone is different) has found to help with refined carb cravings and nixed sugar cravings. Following this type of diet has actually helped me control hypoglycemia.
