    Default Hellllllp! Stay motivated?

I've tried doing ABC twice now. Both epic fails.

    UGH.

Also, I've noticed I do fine during school, but then I come home and eat a crap load for dinner... Any tips to stop that? I guess I could just say I'm not hungry... But we always go out to eat (I HATE IT SO MUCH) and my parents make me go with... Then it's really hard not to get anything.... DOUBLE UGH.

I have just been feeling really depressed... I even had to take a day off from school because I just could not get up. And the only people I can trust about all of this is all of you! And I haven't gotten close to any of you yet... I don't really get on msn... Maybe we could talk on facebook? It would really help...

Anyway... If you can help with anything I would be SO greatful.

Maybe towards the end of school, have something like some fruit. It will give you a bit more engery at the end of a long day, and because you've got something in your stomach you'll feel fuller later on. Try to eat slowly during dinner too because it hakes 20 mins for your brain to realise that you are full

Its always harder for me to restrict when im at home because my family is always home. Maybe go for a walk around supper time, or maybe dont eat much during the day, just go out with them and order a salad no dressing?
Thats what I do most of the time my family wants to go out.

maybe instead of getting greasey fattening food when your family goes out. just get sushi? or have 1 or 2 bites of the junk food but no more.
