Unhappy Getting presents, especially from boys. Help?

I didn't know where to put this because I don't know if I would really describe it as anxiety but I guess that's what it is.

Whenever I know someone is going to get me a present, I get really panicky whenever they give it to me and I don't like opening them up in front of them. It's okay when it's just my friends cause I always get them presents to and my parents are fine because they've been getting me presents forever and ever and yeah... they're parents!

    BUT BOYS....
I wish they wouldn't!!! Oh how I wish they wouldn't. I get so nervous. Like, I won't get a guy a present back... WHAT DO YOU EVEN GET FOR A BOY?!?! (haha)..
But then I open it and I feel obligated to kiss them or something even if I don't like them. (blech... That's where the OCD pops in haha)
So any advice on what to do? This boy got me a present for Christmas and I'm going to have to open it tomorrow. How can I open it like a sane person? Help help help please!

Also, does anyone else feel this way?

Just because a boy gives you anything you do not need to give them anything in return. All people are equal, and if a boy gives you a present and you kiss them or something else(unless they are your boyfriend or someone close) you are showing you give in easy. Meaning you can be "bought", this is not what you want for yourself. Act like you would act around your friends, someone gives you a present. Open it and say thank you. No need to give anyone anything in return unless you want to.
