well, you could always just stick with vegetables and protein, thats what i usualy do. I loove salad and eat that everyday also lean meat is super good for you, like boneless, skinless chicken breasts. and fish. Fruit is also packed with antioxidents and yumminess i usually choose my fruit as snacks throughout the day. ALso don't forget lowfat or skim milk, dairy is good for your bones!

Blood type diet can point you in the right direction. Combine that with some modest calorie restriction and you should be fine.

Blood type diet is just another fad diet.

Steamed broccoli is AMAZING, I usually steam an entire 'crown' just for myself, eat it with some baked/grilled chicken or seafood.
A healthy plate (in my opinion) is one with 2/3rds veggies and 1/3rd lean protien. If you're still hungry, try some whole grains like baguette.
On the days I was recovering, my meals were like this:
Breakfast- weight control oatmeal and apple
Lunch- 3cups spinach, 1 tin tuna, 1 toast or baguette piece
Dinner- 2 cups steamed veggies, chicken breast, mayybbbeee some wild rice.

However, eating like that will still keep you under the recommended cal intake, eat healthy snacks in between meals.
I wish I could give you more variety, but my mind lacks creativity when it comes to safe meals.
I miss not caring, not counting and not being afraid.

Scrap this 'meal planning' business.. listen to what your body wants. If it's asking for something like a dirty kebab, visit your supermarket and pick up all the salad ingredients you want, wholemeal pitta bread, chicken (i'd prefer to use quorn) and some kind of dressing and make it yourself.
