Question How fast can you start to see ab results with this schedual?

Curious what others things when to start seeing results in the ab area. Or if you've gotten any abs how you did it and how long it took?
I'm ultimately looking to get a lean not too defined 6 pack.

    My current exercise schedual is:

    30 min yoga almost everyday
30 min wii fit activites 4 times a week
    (abs and arms workout saturday
    abs and legs workout monday
abs and buns workout wednesday .. these workouts are seperate and 20 minutes each that I start with a 10 minute warm up.. its the envy girls dvd workouts)
120-150 crunches (4-5 different variations) in the morning then again at night
10 min mini arm and leg workout 3-4 times a week

I want to add on some walking soon too. I know it seems like a lot but my goal is to be very active and have a fast metabolism. I'm looking to maintain (in recovery, weight-restored). I eat pretty healthy with the occasional treat but I could use some more dairy in my daily diet :/ .. Other than that I think I have a really healthy lifestyle now.

It all depends on how much fat you have. Training abbs does not make them visible and does not reduce fat around abbs area. Females need a bout 14-16% body fat percentage to have visible abbs. Training abbs does make them more defined once you have them tho.

The abbs are just like any other muscle in the body. Weighted crunches for sets of 10-15 reps will do better then 150 low weight crunches. Ive found that applying dropsets to abbs work well. Grab a weight you can crunch 8-10 times with, when you can no longer do another crunch grab a lighter weight and continue. Continue going till you cant get up anymore and lower the weight again untill you cant even do a crunch anymore without weight. Then rest some minutes and repeat it. Do this 4 times :P

Well, this is my second time into recovery and I'm weight restored again. Last time I only got to 95 lbs and this time it's 100 lbs (I'm 5'0.5 ft). I drank a lot of protein shakes while refeeding (and still do) and I started exersice 3 weeks ago. In my opinion I look smaller now than i did at 95 lbs (muscle?). So I'm pretty sure I have a low body fat % .. Even to myself I can see I look quite thin still.

What kind of weight can I use and where do I place it exactly when doing crunches? I only have wrist/ankle weights and a few 2-5lbs dumbells.

With the plan you have, how long would it take to see results?
