    Default Repeating yourself?

I've noticed I've been doing this quite alot recently and I was just wondering if anyone else does this?
I'll be in a conversation with someone, I'll say something and then get this need to repeat myself. No reason either, but I need to repeat sentences. So I'll repeat under my breath, but it's starting to be almost every thing I say, I feel the need to say again.
I don't know, does anyone else do this...?
    Son, are you happy?
    I don’t mean to pry,
but do you dream of Heaven?
Have you ever wanted to die?”

I'm kind of like that too, except I'll feel the need to think something repeatedly, rather than saying things repeatedly. But I can totally relate!

Yeh i do it all the time, in public. I get so annoyed by it as i can see it must annoy my friends as well if i just repeated what i said, remind myself of that guy from corrie years ago, ashley's dad..
if i'm gonna get all 'i'm a psychiatrist' on myself though, looking back at my child videos i would call my mum over and over and she never answered me, i guess it's kind of in me to think that no body can listen to me the first times round? i don't know though.. i could be just trying to blame the parents. Or it's just nervousness?

That could probably be it, I had the same problem. As a kid (Hell, now, too) Im usually not heard the first time around. Either way, its just a really irritating habit, especially for whoever Im talking to.
